Passionate about technology and robotics, he believes everything is possible with dedication. French born that fell in love with Italy, its landscape, food, and culture. Thomas started his career as an energy services technician operator in France back in 2011. He moved to Ireland in 2014 to pursue his studies and graduated in Engineering at the Technological University Dublin in 2018.

He pursued a Ph.D., working on signal processing and Machine Learning algorithms, during which he moved to Italy in 2021 to start working as a software automation engineer intern for Creative Words. In the Creative AI team, he is responsible for maintaining the strategic focus of the projects and is in charge of turning a concept into reality. When not working, he likes hiking in the mountains, riding his motorbike, or doing some series binge watching on rainy days.

Serial entrepreneur, passionate about languages and technology, and everything in between. Graduated in Translation and Interpreting at the University of Genoa, he landed his first job in the industry as a translator. He soon moved to project management, before he took the role of Chief Operations Officer in a local translation agency. In 2016 he founded Creative Words, a localization company based in Genoa.

He’s a member of the Board of Directors of Elia, the European Language Industry Association, and he’s active in many global industry initiatives. In Creative AI, he is in charge of driving the company strategy and growth, leveraging his leadership skills and ability to bring together key professionals. He enjoys spending his (little) free time with his two kids.

Awarded a degree with distinction in Economics and Trade (business specialization) in 2003. Licensed to practice as a Chartered Accountant and Auditor in 2006 after a 10-year working for leading Genoese accounting firms, after which he established a firm under his own name in 2015 and subsequently founded F+R Commercialisti Associati with colleague Martina Ratto.

Expert Witness at the Court of Genoa, member of the Direct Tax Study Committee of the Genoa association of chartered accountants and accounting experts. Mainly deals with corporate and tax advice, corporate assignments and extraordinary transactions. In our team, he has professional assignment for the financial planning, as well as analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses. When not working he likes travelling, trekking and riding his motorbike.

Keen traveler and passionate linguist, Marta began her AI career quite casually in Lisbon in 2019. A graduate in Translation and Interpreting, she developed a deep-rooted curiosity for neurolinguistics, which was later deepened in the field of technology and machine learning.

Raised to be a citizen of the world, she decided to “stop” and became part of the Creative AI team where she serves as Operations Manager and is responsible for the company’s operational planning and organization. She is an incurable daydreamer and in her free time, she dreams of alpacas and fields of sunflower and lavender.
